To be honest, I wasn’t really looking for a new gig. I was pretty content with where I was. But then Greenwich Group came along with an offer that was too good to pass up. From the get-go, their approach was spot-on. Every step of the interview process was well-planned, and I appreciated how transparent everything was. No hidden agendas or “gotchas” here. And the people I worked with? Pure gold. Oksana in particular really went out of her way to make sure I felt supported and comfortable throughout the entire journey.
