Looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Ad Network project for an international IT product group of companies that offers technological solutions in the AdTech sector for advertisers, publishers, and agencies worldwide. The company is a leader in developing innovative products for digital advertising and traffic monetization, with more than 15 years on the market.
Вимоги до кандидатів:
- 2+ years of experience as a COO or similar role in IT product companies
- Experience in the advertising industry ( Ad Network platform) with R&D and media buying departments
- Experience in successfully developing, implementing, and optimizing business processes to improve company efficiency
- Experience in project management in the field of advertising, including in terms of project budget management
- Strong knowledge of basic methods and techniques of online advertising is a must
- Adaptability and flexibility - the ability to make quality decisions in a dynamic environment
- Experience in managing and optimizing business processes between different departments (Product, marketing, sales, media buying
- Advanced Excel, Google.doc, Jira
- Excellent communication skills
