Job Description:
We are looking for an Account manager to join a global IT FinTech holding (PSP) that provides payment and fintech SaaS solutions focused on high-risk industries, with high transaction approval rates. The company provides access to a wide range of international payment methods, works with multiple jurisdictions, and supports merchants across global markets.

Team: Head of Account + 3 Account Managers

Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with existing B2B merchants.
- Build long-term partnerships and act as the main point of contact for merchants.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through written and verbal channels.
- Ensure high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell activities within existing accounts.
- Support merchants in scaling their payment operations.
- Monitor key payment performance metrics, including: transaction volume, conversion rates.
- Analyze client needs and provide relevant payment solutions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing merchant support.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Tech, Support, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Legal.
Job Requirements:
- 2 + years of commercial experience as an Account Manager or similar position in the fintech industry (PSP).
- Strong experience working with high-risk verticals: (iGaming / gambling / betting / forex / crypto).
- Proven experience managing B2B merchants.
- Understanding of merchant lifecycle and payment processes.
- Experience working with upsell / cross-sell models.
- Strong communication skills.
- Commercial mindset and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership.
- English – B2+.
