Account Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an Account Manager to an international IT product company specializing in the deep technology solutions for the iGaming industry (slot games for online casinos). Founded in 2020, the company has quickly established itself as a prominent player in the iGaming market across Europe.The company size – about 100 employeesMarketing Team – CMO, Head of Accounts, Account Managers Office – Kyiv, Warsaw / remotely full-time from any country

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients via email, Skype, and Telegram to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide updates on services
  • Client support: assisting in account management, resolving issues, and providing consultations on the company’s products
  • Maintaining client documentation: recording all interactions, agreements, and feedback in a CRM system (Jira)
  • Tracking and analyzing key metrics: monitoring progress toward financial goals
  • Conducting basic market research to identify new trends and competitor activities

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in the iGaming industry, in an Account Management or similar role
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems (Jira or equivalents)
  • Ability to effectively organize your work, maintain accuracy in documentation, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Quick learning skills, ability to analyze information, and work with data
  • English level - Upper - Intermediate and above
