Job Description:
We аre looking for a Business Analyst for the international product IT company, which provides a full-stack package of complex AdTech solutions for digital advertisers, publishers and ad agencies worldwide.
The company develops white-label platforms for enterprise clients—custom turnkey solutions to automate and optimize digital advertising.
Products company : SSP, DSP, Ad Exchange platforms.
Main markets – Tier 1-2
The team : PM, Delivery Manager, Account Manager, Backend & Frontend Developers, QA Engineers.
Locations/Offices – Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Mykolaiv or remote.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and prioritize new features and enhancement requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable product requirements.
- Create and describe features from scratch and work with existing feature improvements/change requests.
- Assist in developing product roadmaps and strategic plans based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Participate in customized features upsell to customers based on their product needs.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including product specifications, user guides, and technical documentation.
- Conduct in-depth product research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies within the ad tech domain. Share the vision.
Job Requirements:
- Experience as a Business Analyst of 2+ years
- Experience in gathering and prioritizing requirements with flexible adaptation to the client’s business context, and preparation of detailed technical specifications for the development team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, extract insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Experience in creating and maintaining tech/feature/product documentation.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analytics and ad tech.
- English: Upper-Intermediate and above, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence.
