Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst in the American production IT company, which provides a full-stack package of complex AdTech solutions for digital advertisers, publishers and ad agencies worldwide.
Position to the In-house AdTech product department. The team of the company consists of up to 200 people

Responsibilities:
- Transformation of business requirements into technical tasks in cooperation with the project manager;
- Review technical specifications from the IAB or our partners and create relevant tasks for the technical team;
- Writing manuals, documentation and specifications for internal and client use and organizing them in Confluence;
- Collaborate with legal and technical teams to develop technical specifications for the privacy framework;
- Conducting research on industry trends and presenting the results in a clear form with actionable steps and practical recommendations;
- Monitoring industry changes and updates and proactively initiating system updates to maintain competitiveness and early adoption;
- Analysis of trends in the trading activity of our platform at the request of the business team, using data to identify patterns and propose actions.
- Make analysis of the trends for our platform’s trading activity upon Business Team’s request, being able to use the numbers to find dependencies and outline the action items.
Job Requirements:
- Experience as a Business Analyst of 3+ years
- 2+ years of experience in IT
- Proficiency in Google Drive tools and MS Excel;
- Experience in conducting technical researches at a deep level, making conclusions and having demonstrated record of the recommended steps implementation;
- Expertise in writing technical documents and describing tasks for developers;
- Good knowledge of Atlassian instruments (Jira, Confluence) High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
- English: Upper-Intermediate and above;
