​​Business Development Manager (PSP)

Job Description:

We are looking for a ​​Business Development Manager (PSP) for a global IT FinTech holding that offers payment solutions to high-risk businesses (gambling, betting, iGaming, forex). The company provides access to a wide range of international payment methods.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis, research, and development of new markets;
  • Work with a base of partnerships and search for and establish partnerships with banks and new merchants;
  • Negotiate terms, finalize deals, and maintain relations;
  • Set up new business processes and improve existing ones;
  • Unite and align with colleagues around common objectives;
  • Business trips to different destinations for a week and more;
  • Hire local consultants, contractors, and agencies;
  • Provide creative solutions for challenging tasks and issues

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years as a business development manager in the IT industry, preferably in Fin Tech, IGaming
  • 2+ years experience in FinTech (PSP) from the payment service provider side. Excellent communication in English B2 +
  • Experience with banks, payment services, and solutions in different geographies such as Europe, LATAM, Canada, Australia, Africa, Asia, and CIS countries
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Understanding of KYB, compliance, corporate structuring
  • Successful track record of new market entry
