Job Description:
Looking for a Business Development Manager (SSP product) for LATAM market to the American product IT company, which provides a full-stack package of complex AdTech solutions for digital advertisers, publishers and ad agencies worldwide.
AdTech products (DSP,SSP, Ad Exchange platforms) – products highly acclaimed by international experts (awards: The Drum DADI, Stewie, MartechBreakthrough, SIA, and more).
Project – SSP platform
The team of the company consists up to 60 people
Sales team – account manager, Head of Sales
Locations/Offices – USA, Spain, Portugal, Ukraine (Kyiv)

Responsibilities:
- Research and analysis of web publishers from Spanish-speaking countries, North America, and EU5 countries
- Sign of contracts and onboarding of new clients, customer support management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., ad operations, tech support) to ensure successful publisher onboarding and issue resolution
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and competitors to refine outreach strategies and offer cutting-edge solutions
Job Requirements:
- 1 + years of experience as a BDM/Sales Manage in AdTech (SSP)
- Experience in researching new markets and geos (LATAM countries)
- Experience in communication with web publishers from first touch to onboarding and sign contracts (web publishers)
- Experience with any CRM systems, HubSpot/Apollo
- Experience with such tools as Prebid.js/client-site integration/VAST tag/video player integration
- Fluent in English and Spanish - Native
- Result-oriented with good problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Strong leadership qualities
