Job Description:
We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for a FinTech PSP product company, which is a part of a global holding. The company offers payment solutions to high-risk businesses (gambling, betting, iGaming, forex). The company provides access to a wide range of international payment methods.
Main markets – Tier -1,2, 3
Departments – sales, account, commercial department, etc. The company size – up to 80 people.
Work type – Fully remote job from any country Location – Office in Kyiv, fully remote job from any country.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Audit and optimize the sales department by assessing the performance of sales and account managers, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Define and execute a sales roadmap, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
- Analyze and optimize the performance of existing sales managers, enhancing their effectiveness.
- Establish efficient sales processes and workflows to improve conversion rates.
- Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with key industry partners.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align commercial goals with business strategy.
Job Requirements:
- Еxperience as a Chief Commercial Officer or in a similar position ( Head of Sales) in Fintech (PSP) product
- Proven experience in the PSP industry with a deep understanding of payment solutions.
- Strong expertise in building and restructuring sales teams from the ground up or improving existing structures.
- Experience in developing and executing commercial strategies and roadmaps.
- A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on process optimization and sales performance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
