Job Description:
Looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to an international innovation IT product company specializing in the deep technology solutions in the field of iGaming
Responsibilities:
- Audit and evaluation of the company's financial performance.
- Management and control the work of the financial department.
- Consolidation and preparation of IFRS group reporting for management (10 companies)
- Implementation of tax optimization.Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting.
- Cooperation with external auditors and preparation of documentation for the audit.
- Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company’s plan for growth and expansion.
- Аcquire and implement systems and software to provide critical financial and operational information.
- Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss by division, forecast vs. budget by division and weekly cash flow by division.
- Coordinating with other departments (Account, Sales, Marketing, IT) to ensure seamless operations and achieve the company's strategic goals.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a CFO or similar role in the IT industry (Finance Director, Head of Finance department etc.)
- Must have proven experience in the iGaming niche (Online casino, igaming platforms etc.)
- Strong expertise of IFRS standards and reporting in different jurisprudence in Europe (Malta and Cyprus is must).
- Experience working with external auditors, internal controls and compliance-related issues.
- Experience with different finance models and optimizing tax processes and risk management in the IGaming niche.
- Experience in managing a finance department, setting up business processes in accordance with the tasks and requirements of the business.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, strategic planning and budgeting.
- Experience working with financial system P&L, Cash Flow.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Level of English - B2 (Upper - Intermediate)
