Job Description:
We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to the international FinTech (PSP) company which is the part of the investment holding that develops its own payment solutions for high-risk industries (gambling, betting, iGaming, and forex). The company provides access to a wide range of international payment methods and builds partnerships with clients across the globe.
The products -own payment solutions and PSP systems worldwide
Main markets – Tier -1,2, 3
Finance department team – 7 specialists ( 3 treasury specialists, 2 financial analysts/controllers, and operations specialists responsible for reconciliations.)
Work type – Fully remote job from any country

Responsibilities:
- Audit and evaluation of the company's financial performance.
- Management and control the work of the financial department.
- Building and developing an effective financial forecasting system.
- Improving and implementing a revenue analytics system.
- Automation of the maximum number of financial and operational processes.
- Collaborating with the product team to implement financial process automation.
- Management of financial flows, control of receivables and payables.
- Management of the company’s cash resources, ensuring its payment liquidity.
- Prediction and management of currency risks.
- Control and analysis of the level of expenses, profitability.
- Involvement in solving tax and legal issues.
- Hire Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.).
Job Requirements:
- Еxperience as a CFO or Head of finance department or similar role in the high- risk industries (Fintech, Igaming, Crypto)
- Experience in managing a finance department, setting up business processes in accordance with the tasks and requirements of the business.
- Hands-on experience in financial modeling, budgeting and planning, treasury, regulated reporting, and tax planning.
- Proven experience working with international markets.
- Experience in developing and automating a financial forecasting system.
- Experience in designing and implementing a revenue analytics system using Google tools.
- Experience with multi-currency and cross-rate operations. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Startup mentality — adaptability to industry trends and fast-paced strategic decision-making.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
