Chief Operating Officer

Job Description:

Looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for an international IT group of companies that offers technological solutions in the AdTech sector for advertisers, publishers, and agencies worldwide. The company is a leader in developing innovative products for digital advertising and traffic monetization, with more than 15 years on the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of all business processes of functional businesses in the group of companies, and their optimization to achieve maximum efficiency and finance goals;
  • Development and implementation of the general strategy to improve business efficiency;
  • Leading and coordinating heads of main departments (COO of business units, Heads of departments);
  • Establish processes in business-related operations, including but not limited to finance, legal, HR, recruiting, internal communications;
  • Managing budgets, forecasting profits and expenses, and ensuring financial project stability;
  • Coordinating operational initiatives among multiple stakeholders and supporting project communication;
  • Work closely with C-level executives on business expansion and scaling, including both exploring internal growth drivers and reviewing external opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a COO or similar role in IT product companies with more than one line of business;
  • Experience as COO in the company with its own R&D and media buying departments is a big plus;
  • Experience in building and implementing successful operational processes from scratch in a functional business ;
  • Experience in managing and optimizing business processes between different departments (Product, marketing, tech, analytics, backoffice), creating general strategy, and implementing new processes and systems;
  • Experience in implementing the best management methodologies and practices, including project budget management;
  • Advanced Excel, Google.doc, Jira;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
