Chief Operating Officer

Job Description:

Looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Search Arbitrage project for an international IT group of companies that offers technological solutions in the AdTech sector for advertisers, publishers, and agencies worldwide. The company is a leader in developing innovative products for digital advertising and traffic monetization, with more than 15 years on the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategy to improve project efficiency by optimizing internal processes, using innovative approaches, and increasing team productivity.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase ROI and efficiently allocate resources.
  • Maintain existing and develop new directions for buying traffic on GoogleAds, Instagram, Snapchat
  • Experience in managing and optimizing business processes between different teams (product, media buying teams + heads, creative team)
  • Building scalable operating models for new markets and traffic sources.
  • Identifying areas for scaling and implementing new technology solutions.
  • Budget management, forecasting income, and expenses, ensuring project financial sustainability.
  • Formation, review, and control of project team performance indicators.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • 2 + years of experience as a COO or similar role in IT product companies
  • Experience in the advertising industry with a media buying department
  • Experience in successfully developing, implementing, and optimizing business processes to improve company efficiency.
  • Ability to quickly evaluate data and make informed decisions. High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Jira
  • Experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • English - B2+
