Job Description:
We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a FinTech PSP product company, which is a part of a global holding. The company offers payment solutions to high-risk businesses (gambling, betting, iGaming, forex). The company provides access to a wide range of international payment methods.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor key business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance scalability and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to support the company's overall business goals and growth.
- Ensure the company's operations comply with regulatory, legal, and industry standards
- Manage budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation to drive financial efficiency and sustainability.

- Managing and optimizing business processes between different departments (finance, legal, HR, Support, Business Development, Product, etc.)
- Collaborate with the executive team to align operations with strategic objectives and support decision-making.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years on the COO role or similar C-Level position in Fintech (PSP)
- Leadership experience in operations on international markets- is a must
- Deep understanding of payment systems, product development cycles, anti-fraud processes, regulatory compliance and high-risk sectors
- Experience operational management of multi-departmental functions, including finance, legal, HR, Support, Business Development, Product, etc.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a track record of driving operational scalability and innovation.
- Experience delivering customer-centric products and solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
