Job Description:
We are looking for a Co-founder/ CEO to join an international iGaming company due to expanding global markets to launch and scale own brand under the ecosystem of the company with full ownership, in-house infrastructure, and investment support. The company develops a complete product ecosystem covering the full cycle of IGaming products: traffic acquisition and in-house platform development, customer retention, internal payment infrastructure, and local marketing etc.
Company products – online casinos, platforms, PSP, and affiliate etc.
Market – Tier 1/Tier 2/ Tier 3
Company size – 2000 people +
Cross teams – marketing, legal, finance, recruitment.

Responsibilities:
- Build and manage own product brand from scratch in one of the key markets
- Close collaboration with key stakeholders and the investment company, taking full responsibility for the brand’s performance and results.
- Create end-to-end market strategy: from GEOs selection to achieving profitability and scaling up in the long-term.
- Work closely with company departments (platform, payments, marketing, affiliates) to launch the project quickly and efficiently.
- Create and lead an operational team, ensuring alignment between product, marketing, and revenue goals.
- Plan and implement marketing and growth strategies across different channels.
- Use data and market insights to improve product performance and business results.
- Build long-term cooperation with affiliates, PSPs, and game providers.
- Represent the brand in the market, strengthen its visibility, and build trust with partners and players.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in C-level management roles (CEO, COO, CMO, CBDO, CPO, CRO) in the Gambling/iGaming domain (online casino\B2C)
- Hands-on experience in launching or scaling online casinos or gaming projects from scratch
- Strong background in effective localizing strategies within the specific market to lead (Africa, LATAM, Asia, or Europe)
- Solid understanding of white-label platforms, game providers, payment solutions, and overall iGaming operations.
- Experienced in P&L management, expanding markets, and creating teams from scratch.
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics and player funnel analytics (FTD Conversion, Retention, LTV, CAC/CPA, GGR, In/Out ratio) and the ability to make data-driven decisions based on them.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective partnerships.
- Practical leadership approach with a focus on clear strategy and data-based decisions.
