Gaming Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Gaming Manager for an IT product iGaming company. The company is a part of a well-known international holding. The holding implements technological innovations in iGaming and Fin-tech. It combines modern solutions in payment systems, media buying, and online casinos.

Responsibilities:

  • Thorough analysis of target geographic markets of online casino games (starting with South Asia) to identify top performers, emerging trends and competitor strategies.
  • Analyze competitors’ casino lobbies to identify trending games and monitor their relevance by updating them on the platform.
  • Provide a well-organized game menu with relevant game types and categories for easy navigation.
  • Manage the setup of game providers on the platform, including launching new games and updating content.
  • Building strong relationships with game providers to negotiate the best terms of cooperation, including exclusive games, promotional offers and GGR discounts.
  • Work with the CMS system to manually update and manage the casino lobby, including changing games and creating games lists.
  • Effectively use the CMS system to optimize the placement of the game and attract users.
  • Work closely with other departments including marketing, retention, QA, design, and content teams to ensure seamless integration of new games and updates.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Game Manager or a similar role in IGaming industry;
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience working with game providers and building top game categories.
  • Strong experience in market research and competitor analysis in the online gaming industry.
  • Experience working with Tier- 3 markets
  • Proficiency in using CMS systems, especially for manual updates and game management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
