Head of B2B Account Manager

Job Description:

   Looking for a  Head of B2B Account Manager to an international innovation IT product company specializing in the deep technology solutions in the field of iGaming (platforms, online casino) . The company was founded in 2019 and became a leader of the iGaming market in Europe. 

Responsibilities:

  • Building and developing a team of B2B account managers, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members
  • Developing and implementing account management strategies to increase the client base and improve client retention metrics
  • Establishing and optimizing business processes within the department, including the development of client service standards and partner interaction procedures
  • Interacting with key partners and clients to understand their needs and enhance satisfaction levels
  • Coordinating with other departments (Sales, Marketing, IT) to ensure seamless operations and achieve the company's strategic goals
  • Analyzing the team's performance and providing regular reports to the senior management

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as a Head of B2B Account Manager or similar role within the iGaming industry (Europe markets)
  • Experience in a leadership role of an account management team or similar role in a B2B environment
  • Proven experience in building a team from scratch and achieving established KPIs
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales, partner relationship management, and customer service in IGaming niche
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with CRM systems and other analytical tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English at Advance level or higher
