Head of B2B Sales Department

Job Description:

Looking for a  Head of B2B Sales Department to an international innovation IT product company specializing in deep technology solutions in the field of iGaming (platforms, online casino) . The company was founded in 2019 and became a leader of the iGaming market in Europe.  

Responsibilities:

  • Building a team from scratch/hiring process/onboarding
  • Lead,motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of targets
  • Create and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and expand market share in the iGaming industry
  • Increasing revenue and maximizing profitability in the B2B segment with current customers and acquiring new customers
  • Analyze market trends and sales performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Searching for new opportunities for successful development of the company in the market
  • Conducting negotiations and signing contracts
  • Defining annual and long term plans and budget with distributors, including monthly performance management
  • Coordinating with other departments (Account, Marketing, IT) to ensure seamless operations and achieve the company's strategic goals

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as a Head of Sales Manager or similar role within the iGaming industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth (Europe markets)
  • Strong experience with B2B sales channels in the iGaming niche (Online casino, igaming platforms etc.)
  • Experience in building and managing sales teams
  • Experience in designing and implementing a successful sales strategy
  • Ability to analyze markets and competitors, identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Track record of successfully managing the sales cycle from planning to closure
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with CRM systems and other analytical tools
  • Understanding of legislation and regulations in various jurisdictions
  • English level - C1+
