Job Description:
Looking for a Middle Business Development Manager for LATAM market to the American product IT company, which provides a full-stack package of complex AdTech solutions for digital advertisers, publishers and ad agencies worldwide.
AdTech products (DSP,SSP, Ad Exchange platforms) – products highly acclaimed by international experts (awards: The Drum DADI, Stewie, MartechBreakthrough, SIA, and more).
Project – DSP platform
The team of the company consists up to 60 people
Sales team – 3 Account Managers, 2 BDMs, Team Lead.
Locations/Offices – USA, Spain, Portugal, Ukraine (Kyiv)

Responsibilities:
- Research and analysis of potential clients on the LATAM market.
- Outbound sales (active search for new customers on LinkedIn, forums and other platforms).
- Sign of contracts and onboarding of new clients, customer support management.
- Participation in professional events (exhibitions, fairs, etc.) to find new customers and present our products.
- Tracking the sales funnel in the CRM system.
- Active participation in product improvement from a sales/customer needs perspective.
- Collaboration with other sales/customer service departments to achieve the best results.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager/BDM/Account Manager.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AdTech (DSP) is required.
- Experience in researching new markets and geos (LATAM countries).
- Experience with communication with clients in Media Marketing Agencies, Brands, Affiliate agencies, etc.
- Experience in communication with clients from first touch to the onboarding and sign contracts (small, medium, top clients).
- Fluent in English and Spanish - Native.
- Result-oriented with good problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Strong leadership qualities.
