Job Description:
We’re looking for а Senior Creative Marketing Manager for a product IT company that creates AI and neural network-based tools to help professional photographers work more efficiently. The product has been recognized by customers in over 50countries around the world.
Company products: A desktop application for Windows and macOS for photographers 2C)
Team size: small and agile, mostly remote
Marketing team: UAM, Motion Designers, Influencers, Photo Editors, Freelancers
Main market – Tier1, Tier 2

Will be a plus:
– Ability to work in advertising platforms — creating, testing, and analyzing ad campaigns.
– Experience in researching and communicating with influencers.
– Experience working with preroll ads on YouTube.
– Experience using Ads Manager and launching creatives according to instructions from UAM.
– Interest in or experience with professional photography/retouching.

Responsibilities:
- Developing a creative strategy and generating ideas based on target audience research, product insights, and value proposition, rather than solely competitor analysis.
- Continuously generating new creative ideas (at least 3 concepts per week).
- Identifying and targeting the audience on Meta Ads and other advertising platforms.
- Conducting market analysis with a focus on the creative component.
- Preparing briefs for the design team and collaborating with influencers and freelancers (designers, voice-over artists, etc.).
- Analyzing creative performance and optimizing based on data insights.
- Generating and testing marketing hypotheses through creatives.
- Researching the target audience through creative marketing.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years as a Creative Marketing Manager (Performance); Proven experience in developing and implementing creative strategies within a product-based B2C company;
- Ability to independently organize own work and coordinate the work of designers (in-house or freelance);
- Strong ability to produce creatives at scale with a focus on quality ideas rather than quantity;
- Understanding of the difference between test and core creatives, and when to use lower-quality assets for testing purposes;
- Hands-on experience working with both static and video creatives, including UGC, screencasts, and other formats. Experience in brand-oriented marketing focused on building brand value, not just user acquisition through numerous creatives;
- English level B2+/C1 with the ability to work with English-language video content and ensure accuracy in creatives;
