Senior PHP/Golang Back-End Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior PHP/Golang Back-End Engineer for a large
international product fintech company (cryptocurrency exchange). The company has more than 1,100 professionals and more than 5 million users worldwide. They are committed to delivering top-tier services for their worldwide users.
Project – cryptocurrency exchange platform (high load product, up to 10k requests/second)
Tech Team size of project – up to 60 employees
Backend team – 10 Senior developer Tech Lead + CTO
Work type – Fully remote job from any country or office in Valencia (Spain) with a relocation package

Responsibilities:

  • Write code to implement business logic according to technical and business requirements and restrictions
  • Write unit tests to provide technical quality assurance for code Debugging, solving problems and troubleshooting technical issues on test/staging servers
  • Define and implement the product’s hypercare (metrics, product improvement, pay for tech debts)
  • Write and optimize code for better performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, designers, and QA engineers.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong experience in backend development with PHP/Go 4+ years.
  • Experience with High-load products (up to 10,000 requests/second).
  • Strong knowledge of databases - MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch.
  • DB experience: write and optimize requests for relational and document oriented databases. Can choose optimal DB according to problem
  • Experience with the design and development of APIs for communication between software components according to best practices and standards
  • Experience in writing unit tests
  • Excellent knowledge of GIT
  • Experience with high speed of feature delivery
