Senior User Acquisition Manager

Job Description:

Looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to an international product game studio with Ukrainian roots, a developer and publisher of mobile games that have been ranked in the top of their genres on the global market for over 10 years. The games with a million-strong audience across 200 countries and a top-3 ranking in the US in its genre.
The Project – mobile games ( free-to-play games IOS\ Android)
The company size – 140+ employees (Ukraine, Europe)
Location – remote job from any country, office Kyiv

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute holistic UA strategies for each live and soft‑launch title;
  • Manage, monitor and optimise campaigns across multiple ad networks, adjusting bids, budgets and creatives daily to hit KPI targets;
  • Produce actionable performance dashboards and executive summaries for internal stakeholders;
  • Run structured experiments and present learnings;
  • Segment and retarget audiences using data‑driven insights to improve efficiency;
  • Collaborate with Product & Creative to feed UA insights into roadmap and asset production;
  • Stay ahead of privacy changes (SKAN 4, Google Privacy‑Sandbox) and implement compliant tracking solutions;
  • Build and lead the UA team, setting up tools, workflows, and a strong performance culture.

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in user engagement with a focus on Meta Ads;
  • 1 years, specifically in mobile free-to-play game development or gambling slot games;
  • Experience with a budget up to 500K USD;
  • Experience using automation tools such as Revealbot, Tableau, Amplitude, and AppsFlyer;
  • Experience in planning, testing and scaling multi-channel campaigns (Meta, GoogleUAC, ASA, TikTok, Unity, IronSource, Mintegral, DSP);
  • Track record with UA experiments;
  • Еxperience in independently creating ad creatives (banners, videos), preferably using AI tools;
  • Analytical, detail-oriented mindset;
  • Knowledge of creative testing and playable ads;
  • Experience with global campaigns and scaling live titles;
  • Experience with supporting titles through tech/soft launch phases;
  • Up-to-date with UA trends, privacy changes, and best practices;
  • English proficiency - B2+.
