Job Description:
We are looking for a Team Lead Media Buyer for the international media buying company that has been operating in the global market for over six years. They specialize in the Gambling and Dating verticals, covering GEOs worldwide (WW).
The company size – 50 + employees
Main markets – Tier1/2/3
The teams- media buyers, account managers, BizDev, Tech team, creative, finance etc.
Office – Kyiv / remotely full-time from any country
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a team of Media Buyers.
- Develop and implement effective traffic acquisition strategies.
- Optimise advertising campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
- Analyse results and scale successful campaigns.
- Interact with technical specialists and other departments.
Job Requirements:
- 1 + years of proven experience as a Team Lead Media Buyer from the agency side.
- 3+ years experience as a Media Buyer in the Facebook Gambling vertical.
- Experience with PWA, onelink.
- Experience working with budgets up to $5,000 per day.
- Experience in creating profitable campaigns with personal results and from $60K team results.
- Experience working with agency accounts.
- Deep understanding of traffic quality, GEO-specific strategies, and sustainable approaches.
- Established expertise in top GEOs with a proven ability to perform and scale.
- English-level for reading technical documentation.
