Job Description:
We are looking for a Treasury / Financial Analyst to join an international FinTech company (PSP) operating in high-risk industries, including gambling, betting, iGaming, and forex. The company provides access to a wide range of international payment methods, builds partnerships with acquiring banks and payment providers worldwide, supports merchants across Tier 1–3 markets, and demonstrates dynamic growth with rapid international scaling.
The products -own payment solutions and PSP systems worldwide
Main markets – Tier -1,2, 3
Finance department team – 3 specialists (Finance Director, Treasury Specialist, Financial Analyst)

Responsibilities:
- Daily preparation and calculation of balances for merchants and providers.
- Working with Excel and Google Sheets, analyzing large volumes of data.
- Extracting reports from various systems and dashboards, consolidating and structuring financial data.
- Conducting monthly reconciliations, analyzing and identifying the root causes of discrepancies.
- Communicating with merchants and providers, maintaining professional business correspondence.
- Preparing and calculating settlements, coordinating and validating financial calculations
- Working with crypto wallets as part of operational activities
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Treasury or Financial Analyst, or in a similar role within FinTech, iGaming/Gambling, Banking, or related industries.
- Strong practical skills in Excel and Google Sheets (key competency).
- Proven experience working with financial data, balance sheets, and reconciliations.
- Hands-on experience with settlement processes.
- Experience working with crypto wallets will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and identify discrepancies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
